Today we finished the final cut of our music video. We had taken into consideration the needs and expectations of our audience feedback and what they wanted to see, be changed or added to our music video to make it better. After doing this we created the final edit which I think has been very successful, we have used a range of editing and camerawork techniques to make it interesting for the audience to watch but also create a stronger link between the artist and the video. We decided to continue with the black and white performance typology as this seperated the two typologies while using other editing techniques to show the link. We found that our audience thought some parts of our video were repetitive so we took some of them out and changed it by using the same shot but at a range of different angles to get a different perspective of it. Overall, I feel our music video has been very successful and I am very happy how it has turned out.
