Construction
We have started to construct our music video, photoshoot, digipak and magazine adverts all towards the final products. We have done a lot of planning and research into all of the above so that we can produce a good final product for each with good knowledge of the genre specific codes and conventions.
As we constructed the magazine advert and digipak with Kieran we only needed Francis for a few hours one day to film the performance typology in our music video. I got in contact with him on the 21/11/13 to make sure he had enough time in advance to make plans with us. To the right is the conversation I had with him.
Risk Assessment
While filming we needed to create and fill out a risk assessment sheet for our teacher to sign. We did this because we were going off site and for health and safety reasons our teacher needs to know what we will be doing. An example of this is where Kieran and I are jumping off a high wall or driving to my house for a part of the music video.

My Time

As we only have our filming and editing to which is group work I am using the rest of my time to get more genre research done so I can bring in further ideas while we are in the filming process. As this is all I am doing on my weekend I am hoping to get 2-3 more music videos analysed and published meaning I have a better understanding of the genre.

I have done 12 music video analysis' to get a better understanding of the genre while we are filming. Today Emily and I did some more filming with Kieran Holmes Darby to finish off all the filming, we only had a few shots to do and only took about an hour, we have been editing while going along filming due to the misplacement of the cameras before so that we are using our time wisely. Currently, we only have the rest of the editing to do then get our audience feedback on the rough cut of our music video. We are planning to do this in the week so that by next week we can have our final cut in the editing process to make it perfect, after this we will upload it on to YouTube ready to evaluate after we come back from Christmas.
